Online Access is currently available to our U.S. investors only. Below you will find instructions to setting up your online account. If you have any problems setting up your account, please call us at 1-800-543-CEIF (2343).

Here are the steps you will need to follow in order to access your account online:

1. Call CEIF at 1-800-543-CEIF (2343) to ask for your Account # and Initial Password
2. Click the "Continue" button below.
3. Enter in your "Account Number". (you will need this every time you login in the future)
4. Enter an e-mail address. (any)
5. Enter in your password that was provided to you by CEIF in "Step 1".
6. At the "Member Initial Setup" screen, retype the password you just typed in on the previous screen.
7. Enter, and confirm, a "New Password" of your choice.
8. Enter in a "Confidence Word" of your choice. (this name will appear every time you login to your account) 
9. Choose the type of computer you are working on. (Personal/Business or Public)
10. Click "Save"
